- Lead, mentor, and support a team of personal trainers, fostering a motivating and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure the highest level of service to clients, assessing their fitness needs and goals, and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with trainers to create effective fitness programs tailored to individual client needs.
- Set and enforce quality standards for training services, ensuring safe and effective workouts.
- Participate in marketing and sales efforts to attract and retain clients.
- Manage the financial aspects of the department, including budgeting and pricing.
- Stay updated with industry trends and certifications, organizing ongoing training for the team.
- Ensure adherence to safety and industry regulations, maintaining a safe workout environment.
- Fluent English
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal trainer manager
- Internationally certified in personal training from a recognised organization
- Basic salary | tax free 1,200 KWD | 3,885 USD per month
- Additionally paid classes performed upon request from top management

- Shared accommodation | single room only for 30 days from commencement date, candidate is expected to rent private accommodation after 30 days period
