RESIDENTIAL PROJECT: EDEN HOUSE, DUBAI
Completed in 2022, Eden House is a luxury residential development with superb city views. We were tasked to develop a fitness concepts that matches the refined finishes and superlative attention to detail. In this project, we built a bespoke franchise of Platform Studios, tailor made to suit building residents as well as members outside the building.

Located in a tranquil, nature-led setting, Enaki Town is a contemporary residential development designed to balance modern living with a strong connection to the outdoors. We were commissioned to create a fitness offering that complements the calm, premium character of the development while supporting residents’ everyday wellbeing. The result is a thoughtfully designed training environment that blends seamlessly into the lifestyle, encouraging movement, balance, and long-term healthy routines.
